How To Buy
Shopping at newzealandgifts.co.nz is easy you don't need to create an account or register first.
Just click the "add to Basket" button for each item you would like to purchase. The default quantity is 1, if you would like to add more just enter the quantity and click 'recalculate'. Selecting a quantity of 0 deletes the item off the cart.
When you have finished and are ready to pay simply select "go to payments" and we will then ask for your delivery and payment details.
ALL prices are in New Zealand Dollars! NZD. Each page has a Currency Conversion button at the top of every page for your convenience. If you are unsure or unfamiliar with Carts you may experiment with adding products and removing them from the cart. Nothing is finalised until you have completed all the details and pushed the SUBMIT button. An automated invoice is emailed immediately as confirmation, upon successfully placing the order. All orders are dispatched straight away or an email sent detailing possible delays.
If a product is unavailable at the time of purchase we will replace it with a similar product of the same or higher value.

Gift Wrap & Card
Gift wrapping and gift card is available by selecting "Gift Wrapping" from within the shopping cart.
To include a message on the card, type a your message into the comments section of the shopping cart.
Credit Card Types
Accepted credit card types are Visa , Master Card, American Express, JCB. We are also very pleased to be able to offer the safety and security of Paypal as an alternative payment option.

Can I track my order?
All New Zealand orders can be tracked. Usually the tracking number is automatically dispatched. If you are worried please just email us with your order ID number and we can provide you with any information required.
Overseas orders can only be tracked if International Courier Tracked has been selected. This does cost a little more, but delivery is much quicker. See the freight page for more details.

All transactions include New Zealand tax (gst)
Can I enter special instructions?
Yes you can enter special delivery instructions or information for us in the shopping cart, under "Card Message"
How secure is this website?
Your privacy and security especially of your card details is extremely important to us. No credit card details are passed to us at any time. We use ANZ Egate to process our credit card transactions.
Can I cancel the Order?
Yes you can, please email us as soon as possible and be sure to include your Order ID number.
On an average day emails are checked every couple of hours.
Our Returns Policy
Within 14 days of delivery of a shipment, you may return any item you purchased from the newzealandgifts.co.nz store, for any reason, for a full refund of the items purchase price, provided:
* The product is undamaged and in original condition.
* The original receipt slip is included with the item.
* The item includes all original packaging and associated parts or accessories.
We cannot accept returns of opened items, damaged or soiled items, or items returned (received by us) more than 14 days after delivery.
The shipping cost of returned items is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the return is a result of our error. The original shipping cost of returned items will not be refunded, unless the return is again the result of our error.
